INTEL

The Intergenerational Pedagogies for Adult Learning (INTEL) project involves professionals engaged in adult education to promote intergenerational learning as a means of inclusion, dialogue and human and professional growth.

INTEL’s main objective is to design and develop an inclusive, interactive and intuitive digital tool designed to provide educators with a new perspective on intergenerational learning and to enrich their repertoire of methodological competences and educational strategies.

Starting with in-depth field research based on focus groups and interviews with educational experts and learners, the needs and characteristics related to adult learning in each country represented were identified.

On the basis of the collected results, different training modules were identified and developed and elaborated by each partner and subsequently structured within an innovative digital platform dedicated to trainers and people working in the field of education to provide them with insights and information on intergenerational learning.

The developed programmes and tools were used and tested during the testing phase held in Cyprus in spring 2023.
